The
Bethlehem
Commerce Center consists of 1,600 acres of prime industrial-zoned
property in the heart of the Lehigh Valley on the site of Bethlehem
Steel's former hometown plant. The development is the largest rail-served
industrial park in the region and one of few new heavy-industrial projects
in the entire area. The Commerce Center is already home to the BethIntermodal
Terminal, one of the largest new rail-to-truck facilities in the nation.
With easy access to Interstate 78, the Commerce Center will include
a gateway corporate office campus leading into a sprawling industrial
park featuring warehouse, distribution, and light- and heavy-manufacturing

Bethlehem Works
is a 160-acre mixed-use development that will feature family entertainment,
museums, retail, and hospitality facilities. The riverfront development,
built on the site of Bethlehem Steel's former hometown plant, will be
home to the proposed 330,000 square-foot National Museum of Industrial
History. "Beth Works" will retain the existing historic industrial character
of Bethlehem's South Side while adding more than a million square feet

Ashley Development's
"Broad and Main" project is a 118,000 square-foot office/retail
building planned for the heart of Bethlehem's historic downtown shopping
district. The proposed facility will include 45,000 square feet of ground-level
retail/office space and 73,000 square feet of Class A professional office
space (divisible from 2,500 to 24,370 square feet). The facility - located
at the corner of Broad and Main streets on Bethlehem's north side -
will also include an attached 800-car public parking garage. Representatives:

The landmark Flatiron
Building is one of Bethlehem's most historic professional buildings
and underwent full restoration in 1999. Office and commercial suites
are now available featuring high ceilings, dual elevators, garage parking,
and refurbished amenities. Located at 301 Broadway on Bethlehem's historic
South Side, the Flatiron includes on-site First Union banking facilities.

City Line Plaza
is a new three-story Class A office building under construction in the
heart of the Lehigh Valley. Located at City Line and Schoenersville
roads in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park I, the 65,000 square-foot facility
features a business-park setting, easy access to major highways, and
a two-minute trip to Lehigh Valley International Airport. City Line
Plaza will be highlighted by innovative design, flexible floor plans,

East Elizabeth
Avenue is one of Bethlehem's most prominent professional buildings
with available office space. Located close to Bethlehem's historic downtown,
this 10-story facility features spectacular views, plenty of surface

Bethlehem Industrial
Plaza features 180,000 square feet of heavy-industrial space in
one existing building. The 4.5-acre facility is located at Second and
